The Why Buy New campaign is built around showcasing why used is a much better option than old. The design tackles numerous insights through its tagline which tackles issues of quality, hygiene, and fashion by saying its comparable to buying new. The copy tackles the issues of return/warranty by talking about trading in and also talks about the environment. Limited options and Convenience are also addressed with the copy talking about how we have an abundance of sizing options and how easy it is to buy, get repairs or trade in. With all this being addressed we then want to pose a question to the audience to get them thinking, why buy new?
